Kim over at Relaxed Homeschool is hosting Unschooling Voices #12.
Wherever you live in this fine, big country-or adjoining country- chances are pretty good that you will spend February 1st gazing out the window at some snow or rain. If that is the case, then you have found the perfect antidote to all of that boring shoveling or digging around for raincoats. Why not sit on your duff a little bit longer and read these many great posts by unschoolers about why they unschool, how they unschool, what types of things will get you verbally pummeled on unschooling listsserves, how to transition from schoolish ways to unschooly ones and so forth? There is no shortage of ideas here and lots of fun and images to keep you unaware of the vitamin D that has been gradually oozing out of your system since late November.
Enjoy!

Be sure to check out Unschooling Voices #9. Lots of great posts and even some photos. This month’s topic is how unschooling has changed you (the parent, not the child). Lots of newcomers to check out this month too!
Enjoy!

Check out all the great posts from folks who actually remembered (unlike me!) to submit something to Unschooling Voices #7.
And now I am off to bed…yes before midnight! I must be getting old…I find that I actually need sleep lately…

Check out Unschooling Voices #3! Looks like an interesting group of posts…I wish it was not so late so I could check them out tonight. But I need to be good and get some sleep…
Keep your fingers crossed that the water in the canal out back does not get any higher…it was almost to the top of the dock, but it looks like it has gone down a bit. High tide is around 3am though…and they said that Ernesto was heading west and would miss us…they should have told that to him!

Joanne over at A Day in Our Lives is hosting an Unschooling Carnival. Basically interested people send in a blog post about unschooling and she will compile them and post them on July 1st. Sounds like a fun way to find new, interesting bloggers…like I need more blogs to read! I swear this is getting almost as bad as my email lists. But it is so much fun!!
Read more about the Unschooling Carnival and check out the rules.
