Project 365 – January 1 – 3

January 1st (actually December 31st…shhh…don’t tell!)

New Years at the beach is beautiful!

January 2nd

I took this as we were packing getting ready to come home. I love the lighting.

January 3rd

Owly is a wonderful graphic novel that tells a great story with no words!

About throwingmarshmallows

I am a homeschooling mom to two sweet, energetic boys although I am probably not exactly what you would expect (definitely NOT your stereotypical homeschooler, if there is really such a thing). I support progressive political causes (yes, liberals can and do homeschool!) and I have found a spiritual home in the Unitarian Universalist Church. I have no real idea of how I want to use this blog, but will probably focus on homeschooling, things that I am learning from my boys, personal thoughts and opinions and maybe some liberal politics thrown in, who knows!

I LOVE the beach in winter! Havn’t done that in about 15 years.

Hi! First time visiting your blog… Project 365 sounds like a great idea with tons of potential for some kind of neat end-of-the-year graphic project. Have any plans formulated for what you’ll do with all the pictures at the end of the year (besides post them, of course!)? A family exhibit could be neat!
And the beach in winter does sound wonderful…

  3. Ah, the beach in winter… my head is still somewhere in the FL keys, I really didn’t want to come back! I found myself wondering what the FL homeschooling laws are, lol. Project 365 sounds neat, I might have to play catch up and do it myself. Hope your year is off to a great start!

I’m not sure exactly what I will do with them at the end of the year…I will have to think about that.

For right now I am adding them to a set in Flickr and will see where I go from there!
